The current cost to bring one child to America is approximately $1,000.00. We also pay to bring several adult interpreters to be with the kids in the event of an emergency and to aid the host families. We obtain our funds through donations by Lions Club, Rotary Clubs, Kiwanis, churches, private donations, host families and friends who care. We receive no government funds. Someone from the organization is available to speak to at any meeting or function that invites us. We are an all volunteer organization. We make sure that every penny possible goes directly toward the airfare and visa fees. Most administration expenses have been donated including stationary, business cards, advertising, etc.. We will always accept donations of postage, phone cards, new or used office equipment, accounting services, legal counsel, dental care, medical exams, eyeglasses and eye care, etc..
